An MSP like Logix IT takes responsibility for managing and monitoring your IT systems, typically under a fixed monthly fee. This gives you predictable costs, access to a full team of engineers, and proactive maintenance — rather than paying for reactive break-fix support.
Do you replace our internal IT team?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients have an internal IT coordinator or manager, and we work alongside them as a technical resource. We can fill gaps in expertise, provide after-hours coverage, or manage specific services.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
Our SLAs vary by priority level. Critical issues (systems down) are responded to within 1 hour. High priority within 4 hours. All other requests within one business day.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our standard managed services agreements are 12 months, giving us time to optimise your environment. We also offer flexible month-to-month arrangements for businesses that need them.
